Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

My temporary greencard expires on Jan 29th 2016 and I've been denied for a permanent greencard. Am I allow to use my temporary greencard to enter Usa till Jan 29th or since I've already been denied for permanent one, the temporary greencard is not valid anymore?

I would need you to please clarify "temporary greencard". Did you have a conditional residency & the I-751 was denied? If so, why was it denied?

If you have not appealed the decision (or an appeal or Motion to Reopen is not available), then you fall out of status on January 29th. You will then need to leave the U.S. or face accruing unlawful presence & possibly be put in removal proceedings. I would not even try to re-enter the U.S.; I would recommend having an alternative plan.

I suggest you meet with an attorney to look over your "paperwork" & advise you as to what your options are at this point.
