i wanted more information on how to file greencard for parents of us citizen?

If the parents are in the U.S., and if they entered the U.S. legally, then all sponsorship paperwork including immigrant petition and adjustment of status application can be filed concurrently with the USCIS.

If the parents are abroad, then only the immigrant petition can be filed with the USCIS. Upon approval, they will apply for immigrant visa at a U.S. Consulate in their home country.
