Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
what legal action can I persue against a insurance broker who issues a insurance policy to a consumer without his consent and send that policy to consumers mortgage holder to have that policy amount withdrawn from the consumers escrows account.

Sounds like a case of fraud to me.
