non competes

I have been terminated after 20 years. I signed a non compete in my 15th year. I received no additional compensation for it. I now work for a california co. who is competion. Is it enforcable?

The question lies in the context of your non compete agreement. If you were terminated, I don't think unless it was for criminal action there would be a problem. Most employment is at-will and therefore terminable by either party at any time.
