is it illegal to sell replica jerseys online to US customers from a server hosted outside the united states?

Thank you for your question. The answer is somewhat complicated, however. The offshore server, originates the transaction outside of the US. However, an argument can be made that you are using the wires (and ultimately mail when you ship the product) of the United States in completing the transaction.
