Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I have been fired for tardiness from my job. I have definitely been discriminated against because, the manager is late every shift she works, literally every shift she is late, and all other employees have been late and no disciplinary action has been taken on them. I have been singled out while others that do the same have not been. I understand Illinois is an at-will state, unless if employer violates discrimination. Would this be considered discrimination and cause for a lawsuit? I have been held accountable for other offenses than being tardy as well, while others that commit the same offenses are never disciplined. It is common knowledge by all of the employees that I have been treated unfairly by the manager and she holds myself and others to different standards.
