Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

HI,

i was working in subway and i have left from there before 14 days ago.My employer doesn't give me my last pay and he had deducted my pay of last month, if i asked about last month's pay step than he also not give me that one.so please let me know what should i do? i want my last pay and previous pay steps.

File a claim with the Illinois Department of Labor. They enforce lots of the wage laws. If you feel more comfortable, you can also retain an attorney to deal with this issue.
