Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I am 3 days away from 30 days since a judgement against me has been filed for a tenant personal injury case. How can I file a motion to vacate ASAP? I do not mind doing the leg work, do I need an attorney? I was not made aware of the lawsuit.
