i had i fire in july after the fire the landlord changed my locks and i could not pack or remove my things with out maintainence being there i rented a truck three time and could not move cause it was not in there time frame,then the maintainence men started taking my things i was told by police they could not do any thing i have been on line with lawyers that have never contacted me now every thing is gone i had no day in court i was not evicted by the court i was locked out and my things were stolen what do i do thank you

If you were locked out without first being evicted, then the landlord could face some hefty fines. You can file a lawsuit against the landlord and request damages for your stolen property as well if the thefts were the landlord's fault.
