Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Landlord Tenant Law - Parking spot discrepancy

There is a discrepancy between the parking spot I am currently assigned and the spot that was shown to me before I signed my rental lease. I was told by a neighbor that the owners had switched the original spot with another neighbor before moving out. Then agent is not willing to resolve, saying that the lease stated the current spot. However, description on the lease is ambiguous and may apply to both original and current spots. How can I get my original spot back?

If it's ambiguous, it's a problem. You would have to get into court to try and sort it out.
