Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I've been living in a apartment building for 6 years, and have never paid rent or utilities because it was owned by a close friend, who I had a verbal agreement with to manage some of his properties in a work for rent arrangement. He recently passed away and his sister has taken over and made a mess of her brothers agreement with me. I have had a meeting with her after a disagreement on what properties I would manage. I work 3rd shift so she made a work list to lighten the load, but she broke it by adding more things. We met again and now she threatens to evict me and my family if I don't pay. What are my options?

Pay rent, move or come to an agreement with the ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE. You did not say if the sister is the administrator. You need to find out who that person is and deal with the administrator of decedent's estate
