Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I have recently moved out of my apartment it has been past 45 days and I have not received an itemized statement of charges or my deposit. now there is a new property manager and I am unsure who should be liable for my deposit the old property manager says she has nothing to do with it and she cannot help me and the new property managers insist the same. No one will provide me with the name of the building owner as well.
