Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I served my tenant a 30 day notice. Went to court and did not realize the wrong address was on the notice. The tenant had a lawyer and asked the judge for order to dismiss. I go back to court Monday. What can I do? Do I need a lawyer for this ?

Get a lawyer. Evictions require strict compliance with all requirements. You may have to start over.
