Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

i signed a lease a few months ago and now our landlord is moving out of state and asked us to pay our rent a realtor every month but the realtor sent us a new lease to sign in the mail with different terms, do i have to sign it or does the original lease still hold up?
