Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

On Thursday the 12th I asked a question about the term "Immediate Family" and did not receive an answer so I am repeating my question: Our Declaration states "each unit owner shall occupy and use such unit as a private dwelling for himself and his immediate family" (1) Does the owner have to live in the unit as a permanent resident or can a family member live there. (2) What is the definition of "Immediate Family".

1. Either the owner, the owner's spouse, or the owner's children must be the permanent resident(s).

2. Normally it means the spouse and children. This would include natural and adopted children. It may include grandparents. If the child is married, it can include the child's spouse and children. But one of the immediate family must be one of the permanent residents.

--- Your board may choose to expand this term if multiple generations live together, but there is no guaranty.
