Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Hello, I was in a car accident back in 99 and 04 - both were pretty bad. I had trauma to my mouth. They told me that teeth weren't important. Now, because of my teeth issues (which I need at least 30K worth of work done to save them) and because of the problems with my teeth, it's affected my heart which I'm on medication for. Is there anyway to go after the past insured because of problems that they caused? In both accidents the other party was 100% at fault.

you don't want to hear this but unless you were a minor at the time then the statute of limitations has expired.
