It is possible to sue Best Buy for her injuries. But, in order to have the strongest case you shold have documentation of her injuries, treatment, costs, an accident report from the store, etc. You need to discuss the details of the event, such a exact location of the accident and other conditions at the time, with an attorney to get a better idea of how to move forward.

You may be able to sue Best Buy, it's landlord, if Best Buy leases the space and/or a snow removal contractor. The most significant factor is whether any of the potential defendants caused the ice to occur where the fall took place. For example, if there was a gutter or drain that caused water to flow and freeze where she fell, or if snow was piled up and again as it melted an unnatural accumulation of ice formed as a result, and that was where she fell, there would be liability. Those are just examples, there are others.

You should contact an attorney asap. It is critical that an early investigation is conducted, especially if a head injury is involved.
