Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage. My ex husband girlfriend dates our neighbor directly across the street from our home. This has cause our 16 year old son so much destress. His father continues his bad behavior and openly visits her home in front of us. He will be over there with her son when his son, is here alone a times. I would like to sue them both for mental and emotional distress they have cause both my son and I.

Is there any thing I can do about this besides move?

Thank you for your help in this matter.

I am not entirely clear as to your posting. I am guessing that you are complaining that your soon to be ex husband is dating your neighbor from across the street. Unfortunately, there really is nothing that you can do about the situation from a legal point of view.
