Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

personal injury

I was injuried at work due to my manager verbal behavior and insecuries. I had to do a project that should have been taken care of by men and movers. I am disabled and have a wc pending. can I file a separate case against the company for pain and suffering? what is the statue of limititation? Also can IME physicians be sued? What about WC insurance companies for hiring IME physicians to falsified medical reports. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Re: personal injury

No separate suit allowed for personal injury and the resulting pain and suffering. Yes, IME physicians can be sued and WC companies, in fact if I recall, State Farm and or the company that they used for IMEs were sued in a class action a few years back.
