took a chapter 7 and lost my condo. Have been gone from the condo for over a year. Am I legally still responsible for condo dues after the foreclosure and completion of Chapter 7.

You are responsible for association fees that are after your bankruptcy filing date and through the date that the title changes hands in the foreclosure (usually 8-12 months after the foreclosure is filed, but some cases take substantially longer). Sometimes, when the property is resold, some of those fees will be paid regardless your responsibility.

I agree with Mr. Repay. If you had a bankruptcy attorney you should have been told what was discharged and what was not discharged and what your responsibilities after discharge are. If you still own the condo you are responsible for everything that was not discharged and anything that became due and owing after discharge.
