Condo Dilemma

I currently own a Condominium with a friend. My friend has been missing in action for a while now, Can I sell without his signature?

The answer to your question is "no." Not without a ruling from a court. You would have to file a partition suit. Please call for a free consultation.

You can only sell your interest in the condominium, which is probably one-half. So, if someone wanted to buy only a half interest in the condominium, you could sell your half to that person.

I dont know all of the details. What do you mean by missing in action? Depending on the circumstances you may have a number of options available to you.
