I bought a home for my sons to live in with his wife and my grandchildren. This year because of a family problem i let my son marc us the house to make a loan the house had to be put in his and wife name now she is filing for devorce and will not quick clame the home back to me. What can i do?

Hello. You really do not have any options. You

quit claimed the house to your son and his wife.

However, if you had an agreement with your son

and daughter in law that is written, you may be

able to convince a judge that your intent was

for them to borrow against the house only. This

can be a tricky situation. I will be happy to
