Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

My house was foreclosed and I have a specific date to move out, Feb 1st. The papers says I have until then but IS IT UNTIL MIDNIGHT OF THAT DATE or do I have to be out sooner. I found an apt but I c an't move in until the 1st and don't want a sheriff or someone showing up at 6am to put my things out.

If it says the 1st, you should have that day to move out. Likely, no action would be taken for several days in any event. All that said, however, you would be best protected loading up your truck the 31st and moving into your new place the 1st.
