Legal age to sign lease

Is 18 a legal age for a male to sign a lease on an apartment. He is a college student with no measurable means of support

Hello. 21 is the legal

age to bind a person to a

lease. If you are the land-

lord, you certainly don't want

to enter into a lease with

someone this young.
