If a person purchases a house in their sole name in Illinois, then later gets married, does the new spouse have any rights/claim to the home if they later divorce?

Yes there are many ways a spouse can have a property interest in the home during a divorce despite it being a property purchased before marriage. Did you enter into a prenuptial agreement to attempt to protect it?
