Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

What can I do if the sellers attorney can not provide me with the proper documents needed to close? The Hoa will not release the documents to anyone.

What "documents" are you talking about? 22.1 package? Closing documents? title report? Your contract will specify your rights -- and that may only be to cancel and get your earnest money back. Hire an attorney if you have not already done so.
