Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I am trying to short sale my condo. I have just terminated my old realtor and going with a new one. My question is, if I am not happy with old attorney, is it a good idea to go with a new attorney? If I do go with a new attorney, being that it's a short sale, can old attorney bill me personally for any work even if there was no sale?

You can do what is best for you. But whether your "old" attorney will charge you or you owe him/her will depend on the arrangements you had with him/her.
