Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

employment law

I quit my job on April 6th due to the sexual harassment going on in my office. I was denied unemployment due to the fact I knew what was going on and did nothing to stop it. I had no one to go to nor did the operations manager want to do anything. He told me to not do anything as this had been going on for years and I would just make things worse

Re: employment law

Hello. In my opinion you have a lawsuit for sexual harrassment. It can be argued that you were forced to quit rather than endure the pain of the abuse. The operations manager is trying to cover for the company. Will be happy to discuss this matter further and in more detail.
