Legal Question
was at work , the owner grabbed me and kissed me. I refused and was fired the next day. what can be done?

In my opinion, you should consider filing a lawsuit for sexual harrassment. You have to carefully watch the statute of limitations so that your action will not be barred by time requirements. Of course, it will be necessary to prove that you were fired because you refused the physical advances of the owner.
