Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My boss just fired me. He has been sexually harrassing me and verbally abusing me for months and today I stood up and said he can't treat me that way so he fired me. He has also been sleeping at work(restaurant) and I believe he is using at work(drugs) He also is drunk all the time and cooks food and tends bar trashed all the time. What can I do.
