I own IRS income credit by mistake,

and I have payed this company called

me that they will either cut all charge

or reduce it. After paying them

$1000.00 Plus other fees to file my

taxes. They told me there was

nothing they can do. I called IRS and

make arrangement for monthly

payment on remaining balance. ACA

TAX refuse to refund my money as

they legal policies stated if they did

solve or satisfy customer you will get

Re: IRS. ACA Tax Group

As far as the tax issue, you need to speak to a tax attorney about exactly what happened, but the IRS seems to be working with you.

As for the $750, I recommend writing a letter (for documentation purposes). If you get no response, file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. $750 is probably worth filing a lawsuit yourself, but is probably not worth filing a lawsuit through an attorney.
