Legal Question in Tax Law in Illinois

Living in IL do I need to collect sales tax from IL residents on ebooks/digital products sold online? If so I do already have an EIN set up as a sole proprietorship. Can I use this EIN to file and pay as normal or do I need to obtain a sales tax number as well?

This is a volatile area of tax law.
