Hire an attorney. DWS is a serious charge and a conviction carries harsh negative consequences. The Judge could put you in jail. Different Courts in Illinois can be be extremely tough. If your case is in a Court where I regularly practice, I can help you avoid that conviction. Call me for a free telephone consultation.
