Re: Will my license be suspended?

Without knowing more, including the details of your driving record, I can not tell you whether your license will be suspended upon conviction for these offenses or not. I can tell you that your license will not be suspended if you are able to avoid convictions on the moving violations. Depending upon various factors, such as where you are located, what Court you must appear in, whether there was an accident or not, and so forth, there is a good possibility that I would be able to represent you and either defend the charges or negotiate a plea arrangement under which you would avoid the convictions. I have handled literally thousands of such cases. If you are not already represented by legal counsel, you may call me for a free telephone consultaion at 314-727-2822.
