my husband wrote a will , and i dont know how to register it and where to do it. also where to get letters of office

If your husband is deceased then the will should be filed with the county court clerk's office within the county that he resided.

You get letters of office by opening a probate matter, which I do not advise doing without an attorney. You may not even need to open the matter. An alternative for a person who passes away with less than $100,000 in assets is the use of a "small estate affidavit" which can be used to transfer ownership of the assets to the spouse or whoever the will names as a beneficiary.
