Re: probate

Hello. Based upon the information that you have

provided it appears that the inventory has been filed. As to monies in accounts the court will want the funds placed in a Probate Account named

the Estate of _____________, deceased, case # ___________ and a notation that the funds are not to be withdrawn until further order of court. As to personal property, legally those items are not to be sold while the estate is pending. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
