Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am a government servent of Madhya Pradesh, Law & Legislative affairs department, bhopal. I joined the serive 06.06.2011. I have a green card issued after family planning operation of my wife in year 2010. This green card is issued before joining of government serivce.
The query is, Can I claim Advance Increment after family planning operation of my wife. In Madhya Pradesh Government rules of family planning increment my office dose not give me advance increment.
Plese solve my problem.
