Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

I was suspended from govt service on 15 april 2009 .Govt is payiong susbsistence allowance at 50%. I requested to enhance to 75% after 3 months.They are not doing nor answering despite representation.What is option available to me

if inquiry is pending due to your absence then subsistance allowance will not be increased but will be reduced.

you must know the criteria for enhancing of sub allow i..e..,period. it depends on one state to another and central govt.

under art.309 these rules are varies from different govts.
