I am Sunil Kumar Serving in Defence
My question is that My wife get the Gold Jwelary in merrage which is with my parent home in my cupboard (as we are joint family) these gold jwelary is taken by my younger brother and given to muttod finance without my knowledge when i asked about that he says i will get all the gold back but is not trying to get that gold from finance company
sir suggest me what can i do because i am serving out of home town

for that u have to take legal action against your brother....
if u are ready to do that u can hire a lawyer and this can b done even without your presence in that place .... so the option is with you
hire a lawyer and he would file appropriate cases on your behalf. you may also appoint an attorney out of your relatives and friends.
