Legal Question in Banking Law in India
First two cheques are cleared and next two cheques of RS.4,25,000 bumps. Company MD are missing from third cheque issue date.So two cheques are bumps. How can I release my money from company & what is the procedure because it legal.

Approach the local lawyer and send the legal notice within one month from the date of bounce of cheques. your local advocate will guide you deeply.

you need to file a case under negotiable instruments act and file recovery for your amount.
