dishonred of chq due to automaticaly account losed

mean while I issue the chq to the third person , chq was dishonered due to automaticaly account closed,this is sec 138ni act or not

If a cheque is dishonoured on the ground that on the date it was presented the account was closed either designedly or automatically, the holder/payee of the cheque can certainly proceed against the drawer under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act.
