I have a kotak bank credit card and card is now defaulted by me due to my bad financial condition. Last week i received a conditional arrest warrant by chandigarh court sec 17. pls suggest what i do now

Appear before the court and request for settlement of the credit card dues....

Clear all the dues, as if u settle the dues your name will appear in the defaulter list of CIBIL and u will not get any loan thereafter from any bank or any financial institution...
