Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Pay Protection to EX-servicemen employees, those who have retired before 2006 and re-employed after 2006, in PSUs, Bank etc.:
Sir, I want to know
1) is the CCS rules(Pay protection) is applicable to Banks?
2) if 'NO', whether any similar instructions or guideline has been issued from finance ministry to Banks recently?
