sir i got personal loan from hdfc my one cheque bounce and bank file case in 138 bank noticed me for payment and i pay 3000 rupies at last day of nitice prieod bt noe bank file case in 138 please helpme cheque was 14351Rs only

if you had paid enire cheque money. with in mandatory period of fifteen days, then the bank cannot file case against you. however, if the payment is partial, then the bank can certainly file complaint. now you have the remedy either to secure bail and contest the cas or settelle the matter amicably
