Legal Question in Banking Law in India

This question reflects more of my thanks to Vijay Chandavale & G. M. Gupta, Attorney at Law than a question itself in regard to previously asked question (Re: I have two questions regarding cheque return).

I have therefore communicated with the bank vide following email and the bank replied

''Dear Mr. Thakur,

Thank you for your co-operation and patience.

The cheque return charges levied to your account are being reversed and will be credited to your account in the next 3 working days.

Looking forward to your co-operation in the interim.
