we were 4 director in co. now i regine from previous and open a new com . pl guide me that all the previous credential goes to my new org or not.

It depends upon ur Partnership deed, if there is clause in this regard then u can brought good will or credential to ur new firm otherwise everything belongs to ur other partners.
