my father died in 1992 and we dont know how much and where we are having ancestral property ...recently when i am referring old records i came to know that a land of 4 acres (agricultural land ) was in a mangamor village , but that land was doing cultivation by some xxxx person , and i asked that my father are any one done sale to them ..and i came to know none of my family members done sale of that land and i searched register records in register office from 1960 onwards till today none of my family members done registration to any one ...but xxxx person occupied and with his position changed reveue records ...Q1. how i have to approach court to get back my ancestral property .

Q2. how to file case or what i have to do

You may engage a lawyer to pursue your remedy by filing a civil suit for possession of the land, if you are found entitled on the basis of documents.
