how many hearings it will take for a civil case which is held in pondycherry munsif court. before two years a suit filed on me based on my property. the plantiff expired . now a petition is their against me by the adopt son to continue the suit. how long it will take to receive a judgement kindly advice me

There are many reasons for the pendency of the suit. In case the plaintiff is died, it may take additional time for completing the steps. However, you can approach the court for a speedy disposal, through your advocate.
