Legal Question in Technology Law in India

One of my friends was in a relationship with a guy a year back. After they broke up, my friend wanted to meet him one last time to return all the gifts he had given her in their good times. But everytime the guy refused to meet in spite of her many requests. My friend then created a fake profile of a girl on facebook and managed to become friends with him through that profile. They shared each other's numbers and decided to meet up on a day. The time they met, he obviously gotta know that this was his ex-girlfriend only. She returned him all the things he had gifted her once. He got angry that time but took all the gifts back too. Now my friend worries if he can sue her for meeting him through a fake profile. She didn't mean any harm to him but just wanted to return all the stuff. She badly needs a legal advice. Thanks in advance.
