Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Have the agreement of flat ,wants its oownership.
My neighbour was out of money.Hence he wanted to take loan.But couldnt take on his name.So i took a loan of 2,50,000 from LIC housing finance for buying a flat.
it was decided between us that he will give us the money mothly.But he has stopped doing that.
I have made an agreement with him that if he couldnt give me the amount of loan back then he will give me the ownership of one of the flats owned by him.I have the agreement which is done between me and the buider of the flat (in this case it happens to be the neighbour himself) about payments to be done at various stages of flat completion,rules of appartment etc. which is dated oct 1999.
can this aggrement help me ? as it is more than 3 years old. (But i am still paying the premiums of the loan, can this fact help me ?)

Missing information - you need to provide date - When did he last pay you. Wether agreement is registered or not and what are other terms and conditions of it. Incomplete information will not get you a proper and correct answer.
